Yoga Exercises

If you have seen Madonna, then you would be encouraged to try out yoga for yourself. Many individuals think of yoga as a boring exercise as one would have to stay in a particular yoga pose for quite some time before changing to the next pose. This however is not true as the yoga poses not only strengthen the muscles that support the spinal cord, they also help to improve one's posture. Yoga is also known as an excellent stress reliever and many understand that stress can actually cause us to stoop our shoulders. Stooping can be a problem in the long run as it can cause health problems not only in the shoulder and neck area but also in the spinal cord.
